LFS Mirrors

We have a new files mirror in Singapore.  I've taken the opportunity to reorganize 
the mirrors page.  If you have problems downloading files from the links in LFS or 
BLFS, try a mirror close to you.

The LFS files have all the current (and previous) books' stable packages, but do not 
have newer packages referenced in the LFS development book.

The BLFS files also have most of the current (and previous) books' stable packages 
but in addition have newer packages referenced in the development version of BLFS. 
The development packages are referenced under the directory "svn".
