Major change in BLFS tools

Hi happy users of the BLFS building tools,

I've just pushed a major change to the BLFS tools:
Now envars.conf is not sourced anymore, and all variables are
defined in the menu. Those variables are then set at the
beginning of the generated scripts, so they can be easily edited on
a per script basis.

Having variables defined at two places was confusing, I think.

I hope README.BLFS gives enough details for the new menu layout. Please let me
know (or send patches) if anything can be clarified.

I hope you'll enjoy this new layout: I've been using it for a couple of
weeks now, and I like it. But feel free to object and argue :)
