apart from that problem I noticed that N_PARALLEL does not get
transferred from the jhalfs configuration file to the lfs-commands
scripts' make invocation.

All scripts in lfs-commands/chapter*/ contain make -j1 although I had
set optimization to 8. I had expected *some* make -j8 commands (with
some exclusions).
I am using an i5-6300U which has 4 cores with hyperthreading allowing
for 8 concurrent tasks.
