Hallo, > Normally, it runs using sudo when needed: does the user running > jhalfs (I understand it is naled "lfs") have sudo rights? yes, the LFS build went fine, and the scripts in lfs-commands use sudo appropriately. The build process continues with BLFS tools (by changing to /blfs_root/work and invoking the Makefile there) and I see lots of "permission denied" in the build log files.
