I am attempting to use Knoppix as the host for a ALFS build, everything has
proceeded as normal until the build stops with the following error.
(I am using Knoppix because it has a small footprint and the machine I am
building has limited resources.)
...
mk_LUSER
You are going to log into the user account lfs
sudo may require a password
Sorry, user knoppix is not allowed to execute '/bin/sh -c make -C /mnt/lfs/
jhalfs BREAKPOINT= LUSER' as lfs on Microknoppix.

From the make file the full expansion is:

sudo -H -u lfs /bin/sh -c make -C /mnt/lfs/jhalfs BREAKPOINT= LUSER

Must be a permissions problem (???) but neither knoppix or lfs users have a
passwords, /etc/sudoer is wide open and both users are part of the root and
sudo groups.

Any suggestions?
Thanks
