Comment:

 Moved to internal parameters at [sha:0861416]. Note that for BLFS, it is
 still visible. But I think it is better if it appears in BLFS, because the
 generated code is
 not what is in the book, so the user can remove it and put is own code. A
 better approach would be to be able to take removal instructions from a
 file, but I think it should be into another ticket. Closing now.
