This is true. However, this code depends very much on what is in the book, and
cannot be working in all cases anyway. I'll take your solution.

I've just seen that the script for knotifications is not created. The reason is
that we remove lines containing "cat" from the listing (because the "cat ... <<
EOF" line has to be removed) in gen-special.sh. I shall fix that too.
