The setup fails to download fresh patches

Hi,

When the lfs book is updated with a new list of patches, the patches are not
available for download for some time.
A similar case happened also here

This time this patch is missing

Would an unattended (scripted, without human intervention) solution be
feasible, other than waiting for the new patches to appear?
