xsltproc issue

Hi

Its been a while since I used JLFS.  Usually there are few issues but this
time I can't get it to run after configuring.

The error concerns Xsltproc:     "xsltproc" must be installed on your system
for jhalfs to run

The host system(a distro) contains xsltproc at /usr/bin but its not being
recognised.

How can i get round this?
