Okay got rid of the former error by disabling 'custom tool support'

But now get:

Using /home/12.2 as book's sources ...
Extracting commands for <LFS> build...
<jhalfs> exit
make: *** [Makefile:11: all] Error 4

What am I doing wrong here?
