Yes they are. The stylesheet only looks for '>/' and ' /' and replace
them respectively with '>$PKG_DEST/' and ' $PKG_DEST/'. This is a case
where having some tag to distinguish what should be prepended with
PKG_DEST instead of just letting the stylesheet guessing would be
beneficial. But up to now, there was not a consensus to make any
modification to the book for package management...
Maybe adding ' {/' to the patterns that should include $PKG_DEST could
solve the issue...
