alfs fails to build mpfr

While using alfs to build a LFS-systemd 12.2, it fails when building mpfr.
```
Checking for double-to-integer conversion bug... yes or failed to exec (exit

configure: error: double-to-integer conversion is incorrect.
You need to use another compiler (or lower the optimization level).
```

'Optimization' in 'advanced settings' is NOT on.

This should be a bug on alfs.
