Recent changes in BLFS tools

Hi all,
Yesterday, I have pushed a set of changes to the BLFS part of jhalfs,
that introduce two features and a slight (hopefully) inconvenience.
Those changes are in the configuration menu interface:
- all the packages under a part or chapter or sub-chapter can now be
selected at once by ticking "A" in the menu corresponding to that part
or chapter or sub-chapter. For example, you can select all the python
modules by cycling to "A" in front of general/programming/python-
modules. The cycle is < > (not selected) -> <*> (menu active) -> <A>
(all packages selected in that menu). The slight inconvenience for
those who are used to the < > -> <*> cycle is that a they'll have to it
<space> once more to get back to < >...
- For those who want to install the tools on an already built system,
it is interesting to be able to populate the database of installed
packages. For this, a new utility "update-installed.sh" may be used. It
launches a menu similar to the package selection menu, but with the
possibility of selecting the package version. The <A> feature is also
available in this menu and allows to select all LFS packages for
example (default versions are the versions in the lfs book at the time
the BLFS tools are installed). This tool can also be used to update an
existing database, for example for removing a package you want to
rebuild with different options.

Testing has not be too extensive yet, and there may be some rough edges
(aka bugs). Please answer this mail or file a ticket if you find
something wrong.
