Error in patch location

Hello,

With the release of version 13.0 I am building a new systemd box using
alfs.  I hit a snag with BLFS where the patches required are being looked
for in https://www.linuxfromscratch.org/patches/blfs/13.0/ but they are
actually in https://www.linuxfromscratch.org/patches/blfs/13.0-systemd/

All continues to work once the patches are download to the local /sources
directory.  Don't know if this should be on the BLFS list rather than here.
