multilib branch cannot be built

We are putting /usr/lib32 into the /etc/ld.so.conf.d/lib32.conf file
in the multilib branch of LFS, however this won't work for jhalfs
because of the nodump role for adding /etc/ld.so.conf.d to the
/etc/ld.so.conf file.
What will we do next?
