Comment (by zeckma):

 == Changelog
 - Prose documentation has been converted from DocBook to mdBook
 - The Wayland XML dialect, the content update model and color management
 are now fully documented
 - A new "frozen" attribute for interfaces with multiple parent interfaces
 - A new wl_surface.get_release request for per-commit buffer release
 callbacks
 - A new wl_display_dispatch_pending_single() function to dispatch a single
 event
 - WAYLAND_DEBUG output is now colorized

 The email (https://lore.freedesktop.org/wayland-devel/Xc5mzCaUxqhO0w-

 also mentions it fixes the usual bugs and protocol clarifications.

 The DocBook dependency should externally link to mdBook, a Rust project
 made by rust-lang for generating MarkDown to HTML, MD, or with use of
 another backend to another entirely new format. The project itself looks
 interesting and I somehow never heard of it yet!
