 BTW if compiling webkitgtk with -mavx, GCC 16.1 will exploit a bug in
 webkitgtk itself: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=314529.  (Just
 FTR, we don't really try hard to support custom CXXFLAGS so nothing needed
 for the book.)
