 - Fixed upgrade to share-safe not dropping all store requirements
 - Fixed chg commands sharing too much config with the top process
 - Restore option for including obsmarkers in streaming clone bundles
 - Adjustments to the support for Python 3.15’s alpha and the general
   lazy-loading modules
