    pinentry: Comment out the instructions to work with fltk-1.4.x...
    
    We reverted to 1.3.11 on 6/14/2026, but this was missed. The
    instructions won't work against fltk-1.3.11 without this reverted as
    we're upgrading the expected version with these seds.
