 SA-13.0-124 issued. This one was a bit of a challenge for testing. Both
 Yelp and Epiphany had problems processing CSS, which caused the center of
 the window to contain all of the text and labels. Not entirely sure what
 happened here as it went away after I started trying different desktop
 environments (since I was in Plasma and the version of Plasma that BLFS
 13.0 shipped with has some weird rendering quirks with Wayland sessions),
 but even after rebooting it now works in Plasma.
