 It looks like out current version is way out of date.  We have 23.13.9
 which looks like it was released Mar 27, 2023.  Even that version was a
 tag and not a release.

 I'm not sure how to get the latest release via a script.  The URL is
 https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/accountsservice/accountsservice/-/releases
 but the raw page is filled with javascript but no direct data.
 I will mark this manual and we will check currency just before each BLFS
 stable release.
