    Wayland: Link to mdBook for man pages.
    
    The DocBook dependencies have been replaced with mdBook which is not yet
    in BLFS. This was warned about in #23272
    (https://wiki.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/ticket/23272) but the page
    wasn't altered to account for upstream's change.
    
    Thanks to Richard from blfs-support that pointed this out.
