 The preparation for xdgmime needs to be changed:

 {{{
 git clone https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xdg/xdgmime.git --depth=1
 subprojects/xdgmime
 }}}

 Without it meson will download it automatically.

 It may be easier to simply configure with `-D build-tests=false`, and tell
 the users to run `meson configure -D build-tests=true && ninja test` which
 will download xdgmime from Internet.
