   ! Bug fix release.
   ! Mutt no longer calls ncurses meta(3).  This fixes Alt keybindings
     in the foot terminal emulator.  Removing this restores default
     behavior back to the teriminal configuration, where it should be.
   ! Fixes for OpenSSL 4.0 compilation.
