 ## Build/Packaging Changes
 - The meson build now checks the minimum Python version (currently 3.9)
 - The installed blueprint-compiler executable's shebang line now hardcodes
 the absolute path to the python executable that blueprint was built with
 - `__pycache__` files from the source directory are no longer installed
