 • Nano refuses to start when standard output is not a terminal.
 • Options --newbuffer and 'set newbuffer' were added as better
   synonyms of --multibuffer and 'set multibuffer'.
 • Legacy keystroke pairs ^W^T and ^/^T are recognized again.
