 New patch (minor?) version.

 nss-3.126 test suite hangs for me.  I found 3.126.1 is already released
 but its test suite hangs as well.

 3.127 is not released yet but already available in the firefox (mozilla-
 central) repository.  I extracted it from the firefox repo and its test
 suite works fine.

 Thus IMO it would be better if we can update to 3.127 before the 13.2
 release.
