 - Build system: Do not require C++ compiler any more, we use only regular
   C now
 - Build system: Remove poppler-cpp checks, we have replaced libpoppler use

   PDFio
 - Build system: Get `CUPS_DATADIR` from the `.pc` `cups_datadir` variable,
   not from `$prefix/share/cups` (wrong under an arch-specific CUPS
 prefix);

 - Build system: Ensure gen-lorem-text test supports out of tree builds,
 creating needed directory (Pull  request #205).
 - CI test `test-pdftoraster-copy-height`: Include the C source file in the

 - CI test `test-pclm-overflow.sh`: Skip (exit 77) when AddressSanitizer is
 unavailable (Issue #200, Pull request #204).
