KDE Frameworks 6.5.0: consolidate recommended and optional dependencies

The numerous "Additional" or "Optional" dependencies for packages which
are integral part of a regular installation of kf-6.5 anyways make the
chapter rather convoluted and may be more confusing than helpful.

For reasons of simplicity, better readability and ultimately perhaps
even easier building of KF-6, I suggest to add them to the usual lists
of "Recommended" and "Optional" dependencies.
