It's enabled by default in
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/commit/d1750e5bdb6e, and
required in https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/commit/c820a63b872d.
But the latter is for GNOME 48, not 47.

So I'll make it recommended for now, and it should be raised to required
when we update to mutter-48.0.

Also please avoid "it is also reported ..." w/o mentioning who/where
it's reported.
