Linux-PAM-1.7.0 extracts docs from wrong path

The instructions of Linux-PAM-1.7.0 migrated from autoconf to meson, and 
build in a subdirectory of the source directory.

The path of docs tarball should change to ../../Linux-PAM-1.7.0.tar.xz
