layer-shell-qt in ls scLXQT and KDE

When building KDE Plasma in 12.2 using jhalfs, a handful of LXQT
dependencies are pulled in via layer-shell-qt. The other Plasma
packages that are included in LXQT (example lxqt-kwindowsystem) are
prepended with lxqt- except layer-shell-qt.

Prepending layer-shell-qt with lxqt- in the packages.xml file appears
to fix the issue, so it should probably be identified as
lxqt-layer-shell-qt in the blfs book xml.
