gtk-doc minor correction

Hi -
I noticed that in the gtk-doc package for 12.2 and current svn, glib2 is
listed as both required and optional. glib2 was promoted to required for
12.2 on ticket 19880, so I think its inclusion in the optional dependencies
is what is superfluous
