Anonymous access to tickets in Trac is temporarily disabled

Good afternoon everyone, Because of a malicious group of users attempting to scrape each individual ticket in all of our Trac instances, we have had to temporarily disable the ability for anonymous users to view tickets in the ticketing system. The group of users was causing a massive amount of traffic which caused Trac to return Internal Server Errors and caused major disruptions to those trying to use the system. Unfortunately, this also breaks the ability for tickets listed in the changelog in the books to be able to be viewed by users without accounts as well, limiting access to information such as security vulnerabilities fixed or bugs fixed in a package, as well as workarounds for issues in development books. We are currently working toward a resolution to the problem, but no timeline is available and users without an account in the Trac instances will unfortunately be unable to access tickets until a fix is made.
