Just in case anybody is interested, I have made a minor update to my
latex testfiles, https://www.linuxfromscratch.org/~ken/tex-testfiles/

I obviously had a brain fart at some time in the past, the Cantonese
text for Article 1 of the UDHR in ABOUT.pdf did not render. While
looking at CJK fonts for my typosetting.uk website I also realised
that the Chinese and Japanese Article 1 texts were incorrect and
poorly formatted - maybe they still are, but they seem to fit with
w3c provisional guidelines.

I'm clearly a very slow learner because I've now changed to using
lualatex for providing short example texts to compare the Chinese
files (still W-I-P for that site), xelatex is unmaintained and too
broken (Chinese glyphs should be in a square, with xelatex some
spacing was being added or squeezed).
