GTK-4.16.12 settings link broken

In GTK6 there is a link to the settings keys and their default
values, but that link 404's.

The only current doc I can find after a quick search is
https://docs.gtk.org/gtk4/ which does not seem to mention settings.

Possibly, https://docs.gtk.org/gtk4/class.Settings.html works, but
is for 4.17.6.

Found a minimal version at
https://github.com/ggreer/dotfiles/blob/master/home/.config/gtk-4.0/settings.ini
but not sure if useful, and the Arch wiki suggests using dconf OR
exporting GTK_THEME to set a theme (I lost dark themes in epiphany
several versions ago, which is an annoyance).
