Non-responsive links? - BLFS r12.3-451

The following links seem unresponsive.

postlfs/qemu.html https://selinuxproject.org Response - 
selinuxproject.org refused to connect.

postlfs/shadow.html 
https://deer-run.com/users/hal/linux_passwords_pam.html    Response -  
deer-run.com unexpectedly closed the connection.

general/php.html http://www.empress.com Response - www.empress.com is 
unreachable.

I tested and received the same responses on:

03/27/25
04/03/25
04/10/25
04/17/25

They're not 404 errors and perhaps the problem is on my end but I 
thought I'd report them.  I had a friend check who also couldn't connect 
to the first two.  He could connect to empress but reported it took a 
loooooong time.
