BLFS-12.3, ch. "Vim-9.1.1166": questionable statement in "Installation of Vim / Note"

The following statement in above mentioned Note is not quite correct, I
think:

"If you recompile Vim to link against X and your X libraries are not on
the root partition, you will no longer have an editor for use in
emergencies."

Even if Vim cannot be used, there still would be *sed*, at least in an
LFS/BLFS-system.  And in an emergency sed might be enough to save your
day - if you think of that possibility.  So I think that sed should be
mentioned in the Note, like in

"...you will no longer have an editor other than sed for use in
emergencies."

Alternatively, "editor" should be defined more clearly.
