Speex-1.2.1 Configure fix

Hello BLfS people,

I was building Speex and get a configure error:
     ./configure: line 13523: +cat: command not found

I don't know what it does.  But seems a simple fix:
     sed -i '/cat confdefs.h/ s/+//' configure
