I used to have X11Libre in Supplemental LFS, and it got removed in this
commit:

The Git message explains why it got axed. It broke a lot of things, I'm
unsure if it will even stick around, it's pretty controversial, etc.
The switch isn't that hard realistically but it's all a matter of
maturity and reliability, of which X11Libre has neither at the moment.
Give one or two years, the answer should be more apparent on whether it
will be a mainstay or not, at which point I think we should start to
consider things. In short, it's too early to really consider adding it
in at this point.
If you want to be an early adopter, you can render SLFS at
this commit:

Or you can download a chunked HTML tarball from this release:

I no longer recommend doing so, but it's an option if you want to take
it. :)
