BlueZ-5.83

Hi all,

Noticed in the BlueZ-5.83 package in the -dev book is the following:

First, fix an issue building the package with gcc-15 or later:

But nothing follows it. It just goes straight to building the package.
I looked in the patches directory and there is no patch for this version
of BlueZ.
