Thunderbird rust sed

I'm not sure why the sed for the rust fix needs to convert CRLF's but if 
you want to keep the same consistency in the file, this sed is easier:
   sed -i '1i#![warn(dangerous_implicit_autorefs)]\r' 
third_party/rust/allocator-api2/src/stable/vec/mod.rs
and you can loose the footnote at the same time ;)
