clisp-2.49 FTBFS with gcc-15

This package has not been released as a stable version since 2010. There have been 
some git commits as recently as 2018. It builds fine with gcc-14.2 (with a patch).

The issue is how to handle it for BLFS-12.4 with gcc-15.

I'm going to postpone looking at this for a week or so while we are checking other 
packages during package freeze.

If someone wants to take a crack at this, it would help.

I'll note that the code itself looks really ugly.
