I have to install ladspa myself and the last time I did so, the main
site was completely down. From Internet Archive's Wayback Machine, it
seems it has been that way for months. So my fallback was using a
snapshot from IA. We could try that although it isn't a good solution
and has a hardcoded string in the link indicating the date.
