Hi Antonis,

We're currently waiting on LLVM until we have a new version of the 
Vulkan SDK. When we update LLVM, we must update libclc at the same time. 
libclc-21 requires a newer version of SPIRV-LLVM-Translator, which needs 
a newer version of the rest of the Vulkan stack than what has been 
officially released at the moment.

Once we have that though, we will update to LLVM 21.x.
