gdk-pixbuf pass1 build fails without glycin

Gdk-pixbuf changed to make glycin-only build with default configure on
linux on a commit after 2.43.2, which prevent gdk-pixbuf to build
without glycin.
Removing the enable_auto_if function from the meson.build file can fix
this by falling back to the auto-detect method, but not sure if it
will work on future releases.
Can we just remove gdk-pixbuf from the dependency of the libjxl package?
