I agree with Xi on this matter and as I can see, this has already been
corrected.

That said, I think that the explanation ("First, if you...") is rather
confusing insofar as it mentions three different ICU-versions (74, 75,
76) of which none happens to be part of that book.  IMO it would be
better to only use that (major) version which is actually "recommended".
