Parallel build notes? - BLFS 13.0

Several packages include -j1 in the Installation instructions but don't 
include the "This package does not support parallel build." note found 
in other "-j1" packages.

  net-tools
  at
  libical
  protobuf-c

Assuming it applies, should the note be added to the packages above for 
consistency?

And libical includes -j1 in the installation instructions but also 
refers to parallelism in the Estimated build time.  That seems to be a 
contradiction.
