IMO building gtk4 with a degraded gdk-pixbuf is too fragile.=20
Particularly gtk4-update-icon-cache needs a proper gdk-pixbuf to
function and the program is executed during the gtk4 installation
process (IIRC).

Thus we should reduce the time period using such a non-functioning gdk-
pixbuf as short as possible, i.e. we should only have glycin between the
two gdk-pixbuf builds.
