something will happen when git requires rust

Nowadays rust is recommend by git, and when we update to git 3.0 rust
will become required.
In the meantime, there's packages that requires git to run the tests,
such as the shared-mime-info package.
So if I'm building a simple system running on systemd, polkit will be
recommended, and glib2 is required by polkit, and shared-mime-info is
recommended by glib2.
There's only two options: give up running test for shared-mime-info,
or take a long time to build rust and then git 3.0.
